Proof of Practice
The Work Speaks
Twenty years of education. A consulting practice built from the ground up. A body of work that spans institutions, organizations, and communities across multiple domains. This page is not a highlight reel. It is an honest record of the engagements delivered, the platforms built, the rooms entered, and the organizations served. Every item here represents a real commitment to a real organization or audience.
Institutional Engagements
Speaking Where It Matters
Every speaking engagement listed here was delivered to a real institutional audience on a real stage. These are not webinars. They are rooms where decisions get made and people showed up ready to think differently about AI.
Emory University School of Medicine
Co-Presenter | Learning to Be Better Teachers Conference | February 2026 AI as the Assistant Every Educator Deserves: Supporting Non-Educator Faculty Through Practical AI Tools. Co-presented with Tyrese Hinkins-Jones, Ed.S, M.Ed. Developed a custom GPT scoped exclusively for medical education faculty, demonstrated live. Included interactive breakout sessions where participants co-developed AI prompts for real classroom and administrative challenges.
Augusta Technical College
One of two sessions I delivered at ATC’s Professional Development Day, designed specifically for faculty and staff navigating real uncertainty about AI in the workplace. This session addressed why fear around AI makes sense, reframed it as a signal rather than a barrier, and introduced The C.A.R.E. Model as a human-centered framework for moving from reaction to informed action. Avoiding AI does not stop change. Understanding it gives us choice.
Augusta Technical College
The second of two sessions I delivered at ATC’s Professional Development Day, picking up where the mindset conversation left off and moving into practical action. I introduced five AI tools selected for ease of use, flexibility across faculty and staff roles, and alignment with ethical practice. Participants received a take-home starter toolkit and saw real demonstrations built around everyday campus workflows. Same values. New applications.
Teaching, Learning and Leadership Conference
Power. Purpose. Perspective: Reframing Equity and Identity in Higher Ed During Disruption is a dynamic and thought-provoking conference session that challenges higher education professionals to rethink leadership, equity, and impact during times of change. Co-presented by Dr. Lillian Williams and Kelly Spain, this session moves beyond theory to explore the real human experiences behind burnout, identity, and institutional misalignment.
Poster Presentation — AI in Higher Education: Innovations in Learning and Teaching for Student Success Conference
I presented the C.A.R.E. Model for Human-Centered AI Strategy at the AI in Higher Education: Innovations in Learning and Teaching for Student Success Conference (October 2025). The poster demonstrated how the four pillars: Clarity, Accountability, Relevance, and Equity, give faculty, administrators, and curriculum designers a practical framework for responsible AI adoption. When we center people in AI integration, technology becomes a bridge, not a barrier.
Artificial Intelligence and Your Health and Wellness — Empowering Seniors Through Digital Health Literacy Program
I designed and delivered this presentation to help seniors understand how AI can support their health, independence, and daily life. The session covered medication management, telehealth, health monitoring, and emergency assistance tools, and introduced The C.A.R.E. Plan as a simple framework for getting started safely. Attendees left with a Senior AI Readiness Toolkit. Because responsible AI literacy has to reach everyone.
AI Insights Summit 2024 – Featured Speaker
I presented at the AI Insights Summit April 11 to 13, 2024 as a Featured Speaker on AI assistants and their impact on faculty productivity and teaching engagement. The session covered AI usage trends among educators, the real barriers to adoption, responsible AI frameworks for academic settings, and a live demonstration of AI tools faculty can use immediately. This presentation became the foundation for the workshop series and consulting work I continue to deliver today.
Embracing AI in Education — Featured AI Expert
I was featured alongside Alicia Lyttle, the Queen of AI and CEO of AI Innovation, to share my vision for AI’s role in education. The conversation covered personalized learning, practical teaching strategies, and what the future of education looks like when AI is integrated thoughtfully and responsibly. This is the kind of dialogue that moves education forward.

AI Experts Club Podcast
I joined the AI Experts Club Podcast as a guest speaker to talk about what responsible AI integration actually looks like in education and organizational systems. We went beyond the surface conversation and got into the practical strategies, the mindset shifts educators need, and what it means to build AI literacy that serves real people in real environments. This is a members-only episode, which means the conversation went deep.
Digital Infrastructure
Platforms Built by a Strategist Who Thinks in Systems
The organizations featured here needed more than a website. They needed digital infrastructure aligned to their goals, their audience, and how they actually operate. Every build listed here was delivered with strategic intention, not just technical execution.
Full digital transformation They needed a complete digital transformation that could serve a statewide membership, support an executive board, and reduce the administrative burden on a volunteer-led leadership team. The full migration to a WordPress environment, integrated MemberPress for membership management, built Mailchimp automations for communications, and designed a private Executive Board intranet alongside a Members Only portal.
A podcast with ambition needs a digital home that can grow with it. I built a custom five-page platform with a full episode library, host bios, show notes, highlight video integration, and streaming platform connections. The site was built for audience growth, sponsor visibility, and future media expansion, including events and collaborations.

A performance coach needs a site with presence. I built a bold, performance-driven platform with strong visual impact, testimonial integration, and lead capture infrastructure designed to position the client as a credible expert in a competitive space.
Aaliyah needed a site that reflected her personality, spoke directly to her Gen Z audience, and handled the operational work of managing bookings without adding administrative burden. I built a vibrant, youth-centered platform with integrated booking, custom visuals, and branding that felt authentic to who she is and who she serves.
