Axiom is The CARE Institute’s infrastructure auditor. His role is to examine what already exists inside an institution’s technological environment before anything new is proposed, deployed, or invested in. Most organizations approaching AI adoption have more infrastructure than they realize, and more gaps than they have been willing to name out loud. Axiom names both.

His primary deliverables are the Gap Report and the Valuation Document. The Gap Report identifies where an institution’s current technology infrastructure falls short of what responsible AI adoption requires. The Valuation Document assesses what is already in place and what it is actually worth to an AI strategy before new tools are considered. Together, these documents prevent institutions from making expensive, redundant, or premature technology investments.

Axiom operates with a level of analytical precision that the rest of the consulting architecture depends on. Without an honest infrastructure audit, governance frameworks are built on assumptions. With Axiom’s work complete, every subsequent decision is grounded in what is actually true about an institution’s environment.
